On April 30, 2022, under the Erasmus+ program, Fundação Dr. José Lourenço Júnior had the privilege of visiting and getting to know the Cooperativa TRABENSOL, Centro Social de Convivencia, Asistencia y Servicios para Mayores in Torremocha de Jarama. It is an innovative model of senior co-housing that sees community life as a model of excellence for active and healthy ageing. We were able to experience how its residents, imbued with principles of solidarity, sharing, communion, coexistence, mutual support and human relationships as the main source of well-being, are an example of a true Healthy, Active and HAPPY Aging!
