The Dr José Lourenço Júnior Foundation welcomes your selection to participate in the second edition of the "Social Leapfrog Program" program that is part of the Social Equity Initiative, a partnership between Nova SBE, BPI, and the "La Caixa" Foundation.

This initiative seeks to promote and empower the social sector in Portugal, preparing it for the challenges of the future and the social demands of society. It thus seeks to prepare institutions in the third sector to more effectively and sustainably generate more and more impact on the development of its action, proving the collective growth potential of this sector.

The Social Leapfrog Program is a pioneering reflection and training program that aims to promote a space for reflection and knowledge transfer over 3 years. It has the support of the broader community of Nova SBE (students, alumni, teachers and partners) and includes a wide range of activities, such as the traditional educational format (masters courses and executive education programs), mentoring programs and coaching, projects with students (master's thesis, student clubs and pro bono internships), workshops with school teachers, among others.

The ultimate goal of the program is to make organizations leap in terms of impact (ie, reach more beneficiaries or improve current services) with financial sustainability.
